What makes Our Place cookware non-toxic?

Our products are designed with your health in mind. We use a ceramic non-stick coating that is free from potentially harmful materials like PFOA, PTFE, other PFAS, lead, and cadmium.

How should I clean and care for my Always Pan?

To preserve the non-stick coating, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and mild dish soap once the pan has cooled completely. Avoid using metal utensils or the dishwasher.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 100 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working hard to bring Our Place to more kitchens around the world soon.

Can I use your cookware on an induction stovetop?

Yes! All of our cookware, including the Always Pan and Perfect Pot, is compatible with all cooktops, including induction, gas, and electric.
